It's acceptable to house your data in a single region because the service is highly available. Should an equipment or network failure occur, Instances are automatically started on another host within that region. For maximum resilience, you can failover automatically to different regions.
Currently you can failover within the FR North and FR East regions. To protect against natural disasters or even war, choose two regions. We're currently working on connecting the UK South region to the FR regions.

Sometimes, things do go wrong. You may need to restore your whole server. This could be due to a failed update or a compromise. To aid in the quick recovery of the entire server, pick a Recovery pack.
Located on the order page. You can choose a Recovery pack. Recovery pack 1 provides you with automated backups of your cPanel server. Should you need to, you can restore the whole server from your control panel in minutes. With Recovery pack 2, you get instant snapshots and automated backups. Backup space and Snapshots are charged at £2.50 per 50GB.
Yes, we factor in the cost of the cPanel license stated in the plan details. Should cPanel increase the cost of the license, the plan price will increase by no more than the increase imposed by cPanel. Plus 10%.
Our cPanel support policy is clear and easy to understand. Anything that is performed in WHM or the command line, F2H support will manage. Anything that is performed in cPanel, you manage. We include disaster recovery should this be required. We will provision, configure and migrate you to a new server. But not if negligence is to blame.
We advise an SLA with a maximum time frame of 8 hours Monday to Friday for basic server management. Outside of these hours, a longer delay may be seen.
You can submit up to 5 support requests per month included in each plan. Outside of these, support is chargable at £30 per support request.
